We collect information about you when you book a room or event with us, sign up to a health club membership, visit our restaurant or apply for a job.  We may, from time to time, collect information about you when you voluntarily complete customer surveys, provide feedback and participate in marketing competitions or other campaigns. Website usage information is collected using cookies.

If you submit any Personal Data about other people to us, such as making a reservation for another individual, you represent that you have the authority to do so and you permit us to use the data to fulfil your request for our services.

We has in place electronic and managerial security procedures to protect your information.  We will use commercially reasonable efforts to protect your information that you provide to us directly and how it is stored and processed. However, the Internet is not a secure environment and we cannot guarantee the security of information you send to us via email, VOIP, or phone. We permit only authorised hotel employees to access any personal information. If an employee misuses personal information, we may take disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.

Third Parties

We will only disclose your information to a third party in order to process your reservation or health club membership and complete successful delivery of our services.  However it will not be disclosed to any organisation outside of the hotels operating partners apart from the following circumstance;

• Where we are required to do so by the Courts or to comply with other legal, statutory and/or regulatory obligations
• To prevent and/or detect crime
• For credit reference purposes

We use your information only as set out in this Policy and will not sell, rent or pass your information on to others for marketing or other purposes.
